What We Offer

The Victorian Building Authority recently changed regulation to include recommendation of CCTV sewer and stormwater inspection in pre-purchase inspections.

Our pre-purchase inspection includes detailed report, photo and video evidence of the condition of pipework as well as recommendations of works. This assists purchasers by avoiding hidden drainage issues, prevent costly repairs and can assist in negotion of works to be done prior to settlement.
